10 Study Tips For Final Exams
- Be sure to sleep 7-9 hours so you can make sure you are wide awake and energized!
- To keep a clear mind that can retain information follow the 50/10 rule. Study for 50 minutes and break for 10 minutes.
- AVOID CRAMMING!!
- Avoid taking on any unnecessary stress.
- Plan ahead! Take your time studying, plan your breaks, plan your study materials ahead of time.
- Exercise in your down time to alleviate stress levels.
- Take practice tests!
