Finals exams are almost over and Summer Break is coming up quickly! It’s been real Indiana University, but these students ready for summer vibes of sunshine, tan lines, and good times. Even the VERVE fam is dreaming a summer staycation with the amazing amenities offered at our apartment community.
Get Summer Ready with Our Fitness Center:
We all know that getting yourself “swimsuit ready” is a big priority. VERVE has the largest 24/7 fitness center out of any student housing complex in Bloomington, IN! Hit the gym anytime you want to and take advantage of all of our equipment features to get your body where you want it to be! We offer: cardio machines, weight-training machines, punching bag, squat machine, row machine, and even a yoga studio with fitness on demand.
Working out not your style, but still want to sweat out some toxins? Good thing we have a sauna room!
Lido Deck on the 7th Floor:
Head on up to the Sky Deck and Pool, and you’ll feel like you are on a cruise lido deck! Our Rooftop Sky Deck is 4,500+ sqft of pure summer vibes. Chill in one of our private cabanas while enjoying a good book or shooting “vacation” tiktoks. Grab some bags and play a game or two of cornhole. Grill out with friends or roast up some smores at our grilling and firepit stations. Cool off in our 1,170+ sqft resort-style pool, while watching your favorite movie on the Jumbotron TV.
Whatever the summer vibe is for you, we’ve got you covered! Resident events will be offered to give you the full VERVE staycation experience.

Get outside and enjoy the beautiful summer weather! VERVE has 4 outdoor courtyards to chill, grill, or play.
Our Chill Courtyard is going to be a whole vibe – laying out in a hammock and chating with friends seems like the perfect move. Not feeling very social? Why not crack open your favorite book or take a nap!
The Grill Courtyard will be perfect for those days where you want to have a nice brunch or dinner with roommates/neighbors. Our communal dining table is big enough to sit up to 16 people! Not to mention, the wooden pergola with hanging lights sets is going to be so beautiful at night time.
Bringing a furry friend to the community? Take them out to play and meet their neighbors at the Dog Park. This will be a fenced in area with turf, so you can let your pup go off leash and play to their full potential! Who knows, maybe we’ll do a dog yoga class out here sometime.
Pick up a game of hoops at our Basketball Courtyard. We will have a half-court basketball set up with bleacher seating. Basketball not your vibe? Use this as an athletic courtyard to do outdoor cardio exercises. This courtyard also features a ping pong table!
